Recently I helped Erik out at the Paul Hornung Golf Scrammble, where something like 30 Hall of Famers and Heisman winners were planning. Some names like Mike Ditka, Deacon Jones, Mike Rozier and Gale Sayers were all there.
Many have said, “It’s not the heat, it’s the humidity”. We’ll actually it’s both. Here in the Ohio Valley, we rarely get one without the other during the summer months and the combined effects can make you feel downright miserable.
This is my first entry for the summer. Up to this point, I have been able to see and in some cases practice most of the jobs the sports department has. I have now worked here four weeks and have become accustomed to how things are run.
