Katharine Liell, Camm's defense attorney, today confirmed by phone that her office will be filing a response to Floyd County Prosecutor Keith Henderson's response (filed May 18) to her original Motion to Correct Errors.

In addition to his response to Liell's "Motion to Correct Errors", Floyd County Prosecutor Keith Henderson also filed a "Motion to Exclude Defendant's Affidavit of Alternate Juror".

Floyd County Prosecutor Keith Henderson has responded to the "Motion to Correct Errors" filed by lead Camm defense attorney Katharine Liell.

According to defense attorney Stacy Uliana, a motion to correct errors was filed by David Camm's defense team last Thursday in Warrick County Superior Court.

That motion cites new evidence and alleges that several incidents of juror misconduct took place during Camm's second triple murder trial.
