In addition to his response to Liell's "Motion to Correct Errors", Floyd County Prosecutor Keith Henderson also filed a "Motion to Exclude Defendant's Affidavit of Alternate Juror". Floyd County Prosecutor Keith Henderson has responded to the "Motion to Correct Errors" filed by lead Camm defense attorney Katharine Liell. In his response, filed on May 18, Henderson denies that there was any misconduct committed by Jurors 14, 144 and 43 (the foreman).
