September 2007 ArchivesToday was the deadline for David Camm's attorneys to file their appelate brief -- essentially the "bible" that would contain all of the arguments they would bring before the Indiana Supreme Court to sway the justices to overturn or reverse the guilty verdict in Camm's second trial. But that time has passed and no brief has been forthcoming. The court has granted Camm's attorneys another extension. The brief is now due Oct. 12.... |
