Text of Liell's Objection to Henderson's Extension Request

In addition to his May 18 request that an affidavit taken of an alternate juror be excluded from evidence, Floyd County Prosecutor Keith Henderson fired a motion that he be given time to take a counter-affidavit of that same alternate juror.

On May 30, lead defense attorney Katharine Liell filed a motion asking Judge Robert Aylsworth to deny Henderson's request.

On May 18, Keith Henderson filed a motion to exclude new evidence in the David Camm case. Lead defense attorney Katharine Liell contends that an affidavit taken of an alternate juror indicates that inappropriate prejudicial evidence was brought into jury deliberations in the second David Camm trial. Henderson requested that this affidavit not be submitted into evidence.
