This November, I have some super exciting stories coming your way and we kicked it off with our puppy investigation. We’ve been working nearly around the clock to get everything ready (you know the kind of tired you go to bed with and it’s still there when you wake up!). The puppy investigation is the heartbreaking story of a viewer and her puppy. Her e-mail to me on the Consumer Connection line led me to a big investigation into a local pet store. The confrontation that followed was so intense, police were called.
Friday afternoon, we’re taking on the food supply. This story was inspired by all the food recalls we’ve seen in the past year. What if you could visit the very farm your food is grown on? We’ll show how to take a journey from fork to farm. That’s Friday at 5:15 p.m.!
Keep checking WCNC.COM/consumerconnection and I’ll keep you up to date on all the interesting stories we have coming up for you this month and who knows – you might even be in some of them! Happy November! Posted by WCNC.com staff at November 2, 2007 8:55 AM © WCNC TV |
