Here's a shocker, it's raining today in Seattle!

The good news is that it is expected to by sunny tommorrow and dry for the Panthers/Seahawks game.

The Panthers arrived in Seattle this afternoon and then conducted a light walk through practice at Quest Field. From all indications Julius Peppers appears to be close to 100 percent...but then again not many players still playing in the playoffs are actually 100 percent healthy.

Coach Fox saying yesterday that Julius looked fine at practice and apparently the flu bug he had on Thursday has gone away.

For the Seahawks NFL MVP Shaun Alexander practiced all week as well after suffering a concussion against the Redskins. But I spoke to a former Seahawk last night who told me that he is hearing rumblings that Alexander actually isn't 100 percent recovered from that knock to his head. That certainly could be a major story come tommorrow.
