We arrived in Milwaukee Saturday at noon and lots of Panther fans on the flight. We were kind enough to bring the Carolina Blue sky with us and oh what a beautiful day. As soon as we got our rental car the Panther flags were put in place and off to Chicago we went. The drive was easy and we had several people beeping at us and even a few hand jesters. At one point we had a traffic jam and people were rolling down the windows talking to us. They gave us grief, all in fun, but most could not believe we came all the way from Charlotte.

Once we got settled in our hotel, yes awesome overlooking Michigan Ave., it was a short stroll down the "Magnificent Mile" then to ESPN Zone to watch the first game. Several Panther fans again and many chants of GO PANTHERS! ! ! ! ! We were disappointed on the outcome of the Washington game. We were looking forward to having the championship final in Charlotte. After that to the hotel bar for the second game where we met Panther fans that live in St. Louis and made the drive up. See even more true Panther fans.

After a day full of sports it was off to a small local piano bar and oh my what fun. They embraced us with open arms and by the end of the evening several patrons were wearing my cat ears. The piano player was unbelievable and could he play- - - - - - - - - - - James Taylor was one of his favorites so we got along perfectly. Yes we shut the place down and made several new friends. They even wished us luck today! ! ! ! ! !

Gotta fly. It's off to the tailgate area to see what the Bears fans can muster up. Just remember Cats are fierce fighters and Bears go off and hibernate! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
