New England Revolution forward Taylor Twellman and goalkeeper Matt Reis (both players seen in photo at right) will run a free soccer clinic from 1 to 2 p.m. today (time changed from 2 to 3 p.m.) at Patriot Place Plaza in Foxboro, as their team prepares to play Saturday night's game against David Beckham and the Los Angeles Galaxy. The clinic will be open to anyone in attendance and between 10 and 14 years old.
There will be inflatables and raffles for children of all ages, including chances to win autographed merchandise and tickets to Saturday night's match.
Twellman - a U.S. National Team member and the Revolution's all-time leading scorer - and Reis - a four-time MLS All-Star - will take clinic participants through soccer skill stations, hold a question-and-answer session, and be on hand for pictures and autographs following the clinic.
