Ashleigh Rousseau hit a two-run, walkoff home run to left field with Claire Denault on base this afternoon, lifting the Cranston National Budlong Junior softball team to a victory over Connecticut in a rain-delayed game in the Northeast Regionals at Syracuse. Cranston will play Pennsylvania tonight for the championship, with the winner advancing to the nationals in Washington state.
