Globe: Kaczur with Patriots, no decision on future made
The Boston Globe, quoting an unnamed team employee, reported today that offensive tackle Nick Kaczur was at Gillette Stadium yesterday with other players and coaches. The team has not come to any quick judgment on the football future of Kaczur, who was arrested in April on a charge of illegal possession of prescription painkillers, then worked with the Drug Enforcement Administration in a sting operation to indict his alleged drug supplier.
In her column today about the opening of Patriots minicamp, Shalise Manza Young examines some of the possible scenarios facing Kaczur.
