New England's Jeff Larentowicz battles for control of the ball with Houston's Eddie Robinson during the first half today in Washington.

Bridesmaids again. For the fourth time, the New England Revolution saw their season end in disappointment at the MLS Cup final, as the Houston Dynamo beat the Revs, 2-1, today in Washington. Taylor Twellman scored a first-half goal to put New England on top, but Houston answered with second-half goals by Joseph Ngwenya and Dwayne DeRosario. Houston became the second team in MLS history to win back-to-back MLS Cups.
