Boys basketball: Juanita Sanchez defeats Prout for Division III title

SOUTH KINGSTOWN -- In the first game of the boys basketball championship tripleheader at the Ryan Center, Juanita Sanchez won the Division III title with a 62-55 victory over Prout. The championship is the first boys basketball crown in school history.

James Shoneye of Juanita Sanchez was named MVP of the Division III tournament.
