Vegetable Planting Chart at the URI Master Gardeners site The site leads with a Spring "Garden Planner - April" that includes this spring bulb tip: "When you see the flower stalk emerging from the foliage, it’s time to fertilize" and "Plant seeds in the garden for beets, carrots, chard, endive, kale, lettuce, green onions, peas, radishes, spinach, and turnips."
