Hot new fashion trend: The bighorn sheep look
These are modern representations of traditional Qing Dynasty hairstyles. Many wealthy women wore their hair pinned up in similar ways way during that time and incorporated flowers, birds, pearls and other things into the dressing.

They should wipe those smug looks off their faces and face the reality that they look like they have giant slinkies growing out of their heads.

Cracking a brew with man's best friend
You know, if the stuff was safe for people to drink or use (like beef broth), they'd sell a ton of it. Especially since you can have the labels customized with your own dog's face! or even a person's face! Hmmmm.

Jack, Funny article. However, you need not encourage people to ¨easily enough pour some of your beer into his bowl and eliminate a lot of fuss¨ as there are definately stupid people out there that have tried this. Alcohol can be fatal to dogs just as it can be to humans. In addition, even in small amounts dog´s can be injured as they don´t have the reasoning to realize that there senses and coordination has been impaired. And no I´m not a member of PETA or the SPCA, just a dog lover.

Maybe the key to a successful diet is a good lock
Huh, 'starving him to death'? That'll be easy to disprove. His lawyer faces an uphill battle; he should suggest that his client sue his fast metabolism instead.
Joking aside, this does raise an interesting issure of whether food portions for inmates should be judged on an individual basis and how much the individual needs to feel "full". Is it torture to leave them hungry? Would people care?
I wonder if portion control is practiced in some jails already. Thanks for the post.

Why is it surprising when moms brawl at a kids' birthday party?
The only thing worse than a Chuck E. Cheese party for disease spread might be a bowling party. Think about it – rented shoes, throwing a ball, visiting the bathroom, eating a hotdog, hacking at the cake – in that order.
Flashing lights, like at Chuck's, would send ME over the edge.

We could use it to deter failing journalists from making it to their desks... might increase the level of discourse here in the state.

How will Bush react to Putin's flexing?
Well, there are cultural differences behind all this. when visiting russia last summer, I have noticed most of my male friends and friends husbands not only fish shirtless... While at home, they spend 99% of the time being shirtless. In the summer, its really nothing rare to see shirtless men on the street, especially when they are doing physical work such as this.
