Is that Judge Andy Sipowicz?

If Superior Court Judge Daniel Procaccini, left, handles a trial that becomes a made-for-TV movie, I'd nominate former NYPD Blue star Dennis Franz, right, to play him. But I'd hate to be the unlucky perp who ticks off Judge Sipowicz.
