As part of the centennial celebration of the federal courthouse in downtown Providence, the U.S. District Court today conducted a special naturalization ceremony for about 100 new citizens.

We aren't Irish, Italian, Arab, or Hispanic, we are American. We come together because we realize freedom is the key to having the best life possible.

Congratulations to all of them. I can only imagine that this road is very tough, and my hat is off to anyone who takes that journey.
