The bill, sponsored by Rep. Amy Rice, D-Portsmouth, now goes to the House of Representatives. Senate leaders have resisted the move. Today, Senate Majority Leader M. it seems that our elected officials do as THEY please, not how we please .there is too much voting on party lines.the G O P has no say,even if it is good for the people.
