Lt. Gov. Elizabeth Roberts, center, Rep. Betsy Dennigan, left, and Dr. Nick Tsiongas, president of the Rhode Island Medical Society, right, joined about 25 doctors, nurses and other health care providers who gathered at the State House today to lobby against proposed cuts to the state's RIte CARE health insurance program.
