Tony Sousa, Bardhok Shani and Joe DeSousa, all from Taunton, Mass., enjoy their lunch today along Cliff Avenue in Portsmouth, beside the Sakonnet River. The trio are remodeling a house on the shore. After a chilly, foggy start, the day has warmed up -- some. As of 3:20 p.m, it was 45 degrees in the neighboring Aquidneck Island community of Newport.
