Journal photo/ Kathy Borchers
Bishop Hendricken High School students walk along West Shore Road in Warwick this morning to raise money for the poor through the school's hunger walk, a tradition for more than 30 years at Bishop Hendricken. Students this year hope to raise $20,000 with the seven-mile walk.

FOOD BANKS SUPPLIES ARE VERY LOW. I HAVE VISITED 2 FOOD BANKS AND FOUND THE SAME SITUATION AT BOTH. ILLEGAL ALIENS ARE TAKING THE FOOD AWAY FROM OUR NEEDY CITIZENS. DON'T BELIEVE ME? YOU VISIT A FOOD BANK CENTER AND BRING A CAMERA. WATCH THE ILLEGAL ALIEN LEAVE AND REFUSE TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED. I CARE ABOUT OUR NEEDY CITIZENS. THEY ALSO HAVE LOST AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO ILLEGALS.
