Lately, bus drivers think they are God. One lady driver who does the oakland beach rte says no eating or drinking on the bus. If she catches you she throws you off, but it's ok if she drinks her tea, etc. I ate an m&m piece of candy, and she yelled at me and said if I do it again she would throw me off the buss. Just recently, a man driver on the Manton tre on Sundays just said no smoking on the bus. Because I blew the smoke out of my mouth before I got on he could still smell it and said next time smoke before I arrive. He could smell smoke on me and accused me 3 times of smoking and blowing it into his bus. I'm not the only one this happened to, but no one complains for it's just a waist of time. No one does anything to these drivers. I was told if I make a written warning that now I can never get on his bus again! Another time, the bus hadn't pulled away and I knocked on the door and he waved me off, the lite changed to green and then he pulled away from the curb and then left and waved at me with a smirk on his face! Something needs to be done about this kind of demeaner. We are the customers and pay there weekly check. Several times I've seen people treated so poorly by the drivers incl. myself. It's becoming deplorable. The supervisors say I will look into it, and it keeps on happening.
