Actor Richard Gere addresses the crowd at State House today as he takes part in the official welcome for Hachiko: A Dog Story, which will be filmed entirely in Rhode Island. Gere will star in the movie, which he's also producing.

I wish I could have been there to see Mr. Gere. I wanted my spouse to get his autograph for me but he said they weren't allowing autographs to be given.
I just adored him in Office and a Gentleman and Pretty Woman. I could watch those movies over and over. In fact, I do have Pretty Woman on VHS

In all due respect to Mr Gere.....the State is almost bankrupt....look at these clowns gathering around him.....shouldn't they be at work trying to fix the problem they created.....what a bunch of losers.....
