What do you bet that the inspector who declared this place a safety hazard will be driving a new car soon with vanity plates that read "Thks TPG" Michael | August 1, 2007 11:35 PM link Hard to get nostalgic over an ugly building, unmaintained by the city, on prime real estate in the heart of downtown, better used as anything else-parking lot included-until it can be properly developed by someone who has the vision and where-with-all to do it.
