I applaud Mr. Larisa for his tenacity in seeing through the results to the absolute end for the East Providence Council at Large. I think his approach to the recount was most professional and he represented all voters ensuring that every vote was counted and included in determining the actual victor. There are many variables that can swing the results, including margins of error and mere human flaw that must be accounted for when the results are so close, a recount is the only way to go.
