Today may start off hazy and foggy, but the sun is expected to come out, giving us yet another summery day with clear skies and temperatures near 85 degrees. We can also expect south winds between 11 and 14 mph. As per usual, just in time for the weekend, the clouds and rain should roll in. Tonight we may see some showers and thunderstorms as the temperature drops to about 67 degrees. We'll also have mild, south winds. Tropical storm Hanna begins to take its toll on our weather tomorrow, with rain, maybe thunderstorms, in the morning, and then again in the later afternoon. The National Weather Service is also forecasting some gusty winds -- up to 50 mph near the coast. Some areas may see up to 6 inches of rain and localized flooding. Temperatures should hit the mid 70s. Things will be pretty much the same tomorrow night, when temperatures drop to 67 degrees. Winds will come from the east between 20 and 31 mph, gusting higher at times, especially near the coast. Sunday we'll get more rain in the morning, and there's a slight chance of thunderstorms in the later afternoon. Otherwise, expect cloudy skies and temperatures reaching about 80 degree with north winds of about 10 mph. Things should clear up Sunday night -- surprise -- when temperatures drop to about 59 degrees. And just in time for work, more beautiful weather with sunny skies and temperatures reaching about 80 degrees. Keep an eye on Hanna's track and its effects on our weather on projo.com's weather page and on projo.com's tropical weather page. CommentsLeave a comment |
