although this week has kinda been a bore..thats ok b/c next week is the 4th and its my best friend's birthday and that means we have tons of stuff planned!
but first i forgot to tell you last sunday club hell was hosting the next round of the battle of the bands. the girls and i went to support our friends (senior discount) in their quest for first place to move on the the next round in boston.
although they came in third that was really good considering they were up against 27 bands or something like that...another friend of mine also tied with them for third..now i couldnt tell ya the name of his band bc i had just met him that night but they were really good and it was a surprise for them to be playing down here (bc they are from western mass.) but some good friends dragged them down.
i'll have to do my homework and find out the name of my friends band lol. the preview cd i have is good, it's like rock/reggae.
last night consisted of dinner at andreas and drinks at as220. we had gone to visit a friend/client we met doing hair and makeup for a 1940s event at the biltmore.
they had a few bands playing there that night who were all very talented, one of which you can catch play at the livingroom in july, they're called the coming week.
anyway tuesday we all went to georges in narr. it was dead but there was a cute two person house band and the weather was nice. and it was also nice to be home before 2am haha... and ive heard its a good place to go on mondays.
If your looking for stuff to do down in newport on monday, state radio is playing a show with monty are i, that should be amazing..and as far as the 4th ill keep you posted on cool things going on..i no as220 will prob. be one of them!

Can we get the writing to be at least a little more readable? Sometimes it's tough to follow her intent with all the IM-speak going on here. Maybe capitalize the beginning of sentences and "I", and use things like "know" instead of no.
It's occasionally an interesting read, but sometimes really tough to follow.
Thanks.
