Hasbro Inc. said today it has added a former finance executive for an international trucking and supply-chain management company to its board of directors.

Tracy Leinbach, formerly chief financial officer for Ryder System Inc., was elected to the board of the Pawtucket-based toymaker today.

Leinbach spent more than 20 years in management at Ryder. Prior to joining Ryder, she worked as a certified public accountant for PriceWaterhouse.

Leinbach is the second director added this year to Hasbro's board. In May, Kenneth Bronfin, president of Hearst Interactive Media joined the board.

Leinback holds a bachelor's degree from The College of William & Mary and a master's degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina. She is a director of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida and Forward Air Corp. She is also a director and treasurer of The College of William & Mary Foundation.
