New RI condo magazine to launch

Condo Enterprises LLC, of Cranston, co-owned by Douglas Guilbert, of North Smithfield, and Richard Paris, of Smithfield, plan to launch today a new magazine called Condo Owner Monthly for Rhode Island condo owners.

The magazine is designed to report the benefits of being a condominium owner in today's economy. Topics to be covered include updated condo fire codes, achieving financial independence by owning a condo and making a condo more energy efficient.
