BOSTON -- It was a wild weekend at Fenway Park and last night didn't disappoint.
The Yankees' Alex Rodriguez belted an opposite-field solo home run in the top of the ninth inning off Red Sox closer Jonathan Papelbon en route to a 6-5 victory.
A-Rod has taken a ton of grief from Red Sox fans during this three-game set for all the distractions on and off the field he's given his teammates, so it was a little ironic he would be the hero for New York last night.

My husband and Icould have sworn that the Red Sox were ahead in the 7th inning by score of 6-5.
Seems score should be 7-6 if Rodriquez hit a solo home run, top of the 9th inning.
Just thought this may be an error on reporting.
