Colon on personal leave

Red Sox pitcher Bartolo Colon, who is rehabbing with the PawSox, left Pawtucket after his three-inning outing on Sunday to return to the Dominican Republic to be with his ailing father.

Colon is expected to re-join the PawSox on Friday in Syracuse.
