The 6-foot-2, 305 pounder, who celebrates his 28th birthday today, isn't a stranger to the Patriots: this is the seventh time he has signed with the team. Originally brought aboard as an undrafted rookie in 2003 out of Purdue, Mruczkowski has played in 18 games with the Pats. He was one of the team's final cuts last September, and was signed by Miami, where he played in a single-season career high 15 games.
