Williams -- given name Clevan -- spent the last two seasons in Minnesota after beginning his career with Tennessee. The Titans drafted Williams in the second round out of Stanford in 2002. He missed all of the '06 season with a knee injury suffered during training camp; last year, the 6-foot-2, 223 pounder played in 13 games (two starts) with 18 tackles.
