Belichick apologizes over video controversy
Bill Belichick has released a statement through the Patriots' media relations department:
"Earlier this week, I spoke with Commissioner Goodell about a videotaping procedure during last Sunday's game and my interpretation of the rules. At this point, we have not been notified of the league's ruling. Although it remains a league matter, I want to apologize to everyone who has been affected, most of all ownership, staff and players. Following the league’s decision, I will have further comment.”

In Bill we trust.. I have, I do and I will... I seriously doubt he would do something so flagrantly foolish as to jeopardize the unmatched and exemplary Patriot football "empire" which has taken him so long to build. After the league decides their official position on this matter, Keep an eye for coach B's "further comments"..I can almost guarantee he will have a bag full of surprises for the entire league, including proof of dirty counter tactics by other teams as well as showing up the commissioner's office for their poor and misguiding instructional guidelines which can be interpreted in a million ways...Bottom line, Belichick is not finished on this issue just yet..he will come clean for all of us in Patriot Nation although blowing San Diego out of Foxborough would be a nice start to prove his point....
