Wednesday morning practice
Is this deja vu? The Patriots morning practice is just like last Wednesday morning - there are just 32 players on the field, all of the rookies and backup players.
The players are in pads, though we haven't seen a lot of hitting yet.
But it is quite the perfect morning out here - not too hot, a nice breeze.
We'll have more later.

Shalise,
Love the site. Feel like we finally have a Pats blog that lives up to some of the other national ones. Found a good/funny article about Pats and Steelers on Post Game Heroes – www.postgameheroes.com
My Team is Better Than Yours
By C-Note | August 15, 2007
Of course I respect the incredible breakdown and mega insight provided on PGH by our resident Steeler fans. But its bad enough I have to see my name on the back of a Steelers jersey (see above). So I figured I would take a little time to remind myself why THE New England Patriots are better than the Steelers. Take that Dagger. Let the games begin:
Quarterback
Advantage = Patriots (Obviously)
Running Back
Advantage = Steelers (Both have nice dreads. But only Najeh poops in closets)
Recievers/Tight Ends
Advantage = Patriots (Troy is too busy Steeler killing to cry)
Offensive Line
Advantage = Patriots (Stephen Neal, champion wrestler. Kendall Simmons not blocking)
Front Seven
Advantage = Tie (Hampton and Wilfork are both wear size extra fat, so props to both)
Secondary
Advantage = Patriots (I have nothing but respect for Troy despite this photo. But Rodney finished a super bowl with a broken arm and the rest of the Steelers secondary is garbage. Patriots tend to make chitilins out of pig intestines. Gotta like the Pats here)
Coaching
Advantage = Patriots (I know the Tomlin-Epps joke has been made, but for real, I am waiting for him to throw on the pads and make like The Program.)
