The Pats' final pick: Mike Elgin
With the 247th pick in the 2007 NFL Draft, the New England Patriots selected Mike Elgin, a center from Iowa. He's 6-foot-4, 277 pounds and was a first-team academic All-American.
That is New England's last pick this year.

You would think that the Patriots would do something to improve this team, I would hope that they would at least be competitive. C'mon Bill and Scott let make some moves here. What's that you say they did? Really, O My! What is that line in the Miami fight song "WE'RE TALKING SUPER BOWL". Wonder just how many SBs they are going to win in the next five to ten years. Tom Terrific will have quite a collection of rings, and not enough fingers. Let's pray they all stay healthy.
