SAN FRANCISCO -- Running back LaMont Jordan is headed back to the locker room after injuring his right leg on this Patriots' drive.
On first down from the San Francisco 45, Jordan got the ball and seemingly fell down before he was tackled. The training staff was tending to his right leg; he spent a couple of minutes on the sideline before limping off the field with trainers.
There has not been an announcement yet on his status.
