NFL Network's Adam Schefter is reporting that the Patriots and receiver Jabar Gaffney have agreed to a one-year, $2 million contract.

Gaff has proven to be a bargain and continually shows up when others are down or double teamed. Good to see him get signed. Washington too. I still remember Gaffney on that eight yarder into the endzone where he kept his toes in bounds and hung on to the ball. How do you not sign the guy? He isn't asking for big money, but he makes big plays. Seems like a no brainer.
