Dolphins place Crowder on IR

The Dolphins have announced that linebacker Channing Crowder was placed on season-ending injured reserve today. After playing in 11 games and amassing a team-high 78 tackles, Crowder was inactive in games 13 and 14 before undergoing arthroscopic surgery on his right knee this week. Quarterback Casey Bramlet was activated off Miami's practice squad to fill Crowder's roster spot.
