Jordan Sigalet issues statement to fans
One week after collapsing in front of his net in the third period of last Friday night's Providence Bruins 5-2 win over the Worcester Sharks, goaltender Jordan Sigalet today issued a statement.
"I want to thank everyone for the support they have shown me over the past week," said Sigalet. "It makes things so much easier knowing that I have the support of the fans, my teammates and great work from the team doctors.
"I am staying positive, keeping in good spirits and feeling better each day. Again, thank you to everyone for your well wishes, support and privacy you have shown myself, Jonathan and our family at this time."
