As expected, Bruins coach Dave Lewis will give Hannu Toivonen the start tonight against the Nashville Predators. It will be Hannu's first start since Dec. 12. "I'm looking forward to watching him," said the coach. "He's ready been ready to go. He's been practicing hard and he has a great attitude, so it'll be nice to see him in a game. It will be a good test for him, because of the skill level (Nashville) has." "It's always nice to get to play and I'm excited about that," said Toivonen. "But, it's just another hockey game, and I need to help the guys win. That's my main focus."
Bruins foward Jeff Hoggan will miss tonight's game with an undisclosed upper-body injury he suffered on Friday. He will likely miss Monday's game in Toronto, too. Yan Stastny will play in his place. Bruins rookie Phil Kessel skated for the second consecutive day on Friday at the team's practice facility in Wilmington. He had surgery earlier this for testicular cancer. |
