« Pre-trial conference for Derderians held in chambers | Today | Reed hosts Medicare forum » February 24, 2006Weather service warns of high windsPROVIDENCE -- The National Weather Service in Taunton, Mass., has issued a high wind warning for much of southern New England, including all of Rhode Island, northern Connecticut and all but the northwest corner of Massachusetts. A strong cold front will move across the region this morning, bringing scattered snow showers and 30 mph northwest winds with gusts of 45 to 55 mph, according to the weather service.
