March Air Reserve Base designated as FEMA hub

Federal officials have designated March Air Reserve Base in Moreno Valley as primary headquarters for FEMA operations during the Southern California firestorms, Paul McHale, assistant defense secretary for homeland defense, announced during a briefing at the Pentagon Tuesday.
