Radio broadcaster Terry Smith collapsed on the team plane on the way back from Tampa Bay and was not at Angel Stadium for Thursday's game. Smith, who suffered a similar episode earlier this season, was scheduled to meet with doctors over the next two days.

"He wasn't feeling real good last night," team spokesman Tim Mead said. "We anticipate him returning to work Saturday."
