The Lakers will play against a Boston Celtics team that is expected to have all its pieces. Boston center Kendrick Perkins, who missed Game 5 with a strained left shoulder, and guard Ray Allen, who left immediately after the game Sunday because of health issues with his son, are both expected to play in Game 6 Thursday night. Perkins was injured in the third quarter of Game 4 and hasn't played since. But Perkins worked out at Boston's shoot around Tuesday morning and said he would play. Allen arrived from Los Angeles Tuesday and was on the court shooting before the game. -- Broderick Turner |
