It's official. The Jazz will win tonight in EnergySolutions Arena, but the Lakers will take the series in Game 7 back in Staples. The shuttle driver who took me from the airport to my Salt Lake City hotel this afternoon declared it so. It has become that obvious -- home teams win them all. Or almost all.
"I can't see (the Jazz) winning in Los Angeles," he said, not even feigning hope.
Detroit has the only road win in the second round out of 21 games heading into tonight's action.
