Angels 6, Orioles 5

Numbers can be so deceiving.
Still not sure how a team (Orioles) gets 15 hits and loses. The Angels had eight hits but obviously made the most of them with three homers and took advantage of seven walks.

Which team struck out seven times and was 1 for 6 with runners in scoring position? That would be the Angels.

The stat line of the day belongs to Angels pitcher Joe Saunders.
5 innings, 12 hits, 4 runs, 4 earned, 0 walks, 1 strikeout. Credit the Angels defense. Baltimore put the ball in play and the Angels made the plays. Saunders improves to 6-0.
