Dodgers make cuts, goodbye Tom Martin

Tom Martin, a left-hander making a pitch for a second stint with the Dodgers, was given his unconditional release. That leaves Hong-Chih Kuo and Mike Myers as the lefties vying to make the team out of the bullpen. Pitchers Mario Alvarez, James McDonald, Jon Meloan and Justin Orenduff were reassigned to minor league camp.
