Angels' Opening Day Options

Jered Weaver still remains in line to pitch on opening day, provided everyone remains on their regular rest, and Manager Mike Scioscia didn't scoff at the idea.

Then, again, he didn't necessarily endorse it, either.

'We've got a number of options,' he said. 'We've got a number of guys we could slot in there and Weave's certainly one of them. There are four others, too. You've narrowed it down to five.'
