Raiders QB Mystery

I see where the Raiders refuse to announce their starting quarterback for Sunday's opener against the Lions.

Favorite Daunte Culpepper was reportedly giddy after practice while expected backup Josh McCown was glum.

It was clear during the practice games that Culpepper was the better of the two.

What's the point of not announcing your starting quarterback? We all saw how well that work out for Notre Dame?
