Turner resolution

The Chargers tendered running back Michael Turner a $2.35 million offer. Turner, a restricted free agent, may still test the free agent market. The Chargers now have the right to match any offer Turner receives and keep him in San Diego. If they decline to match, they will receive first- and third-round draft picks as compensation. Turner was a third-round pick.
